    Annual GEVFC Sept 11th Remembrance

On September 11, 2012 the GEVFC will remember the tragic events of September 11, 2001 with a flag lowering and moment of silence at 8:59 am. This is the time of the first tower collapsed at the World Trade Center. At the end of that day, 343 firefighters and paramedics, 23 police officers and 2,608 civilians had perished.

The GEVFC invites anyone who wishes to join us at the corner of Main and Pennsylvania for this brief, yet important reminder of those who died.

    We will never forget.
