Why is Hill Avenue Being Closed at the new Bridge?

There's a sign at the new bridge (between GE and Lombard) stating that Hill will be closed on April 8th. Anyone know why?

    Village says:

"The Illinois Tollway's subcontractor will be closing the Hill Avenue and Crescent Boulevard Bridges over I-355 for approximately one week each to perform bridge maintenance/repair work. The bridges will not be closed at the same time.

Detour routes will be posted, along with changeable message sign boards to advise motorists of the work and alternate routes. The tentative/weather permitting closure dates are as follows:

Hill Avenue Bridge: Closed April 8 - April 15"

That. Rivalries bring creative competition. Never a bad thing.
