I.M. was the architect for NCAR, in Boulder. This building served for much of the filming of Woody Allen's movie Sleeper. Dang - 102! We should all be that lucky.

I've been here many a time (tons of great hiking trails to take guests and cub scouts) and didn't know this until yesterday...very cool.

That's my pic above. We visited our niece when she was at school in Boulder studying architecture (that's the tie-in) and did the self tour, and hiked the many trails behind it. That was more than a decade ago.

Malcolm John Rebennack...aka Dr. John. Ugh.

"I been in the right place but it must have been the wrong time,
I'd have said the right thing but I must have used the wrong line,
I been in the right trip but I must have used the wrong car,
My head was in a bad place and I'm wondering what it's good for,
I been in the right place but it must have been the wrong time,
My head was in a bad place but I'm having such a good time"

    RIP Night Tripper

It's the 1016th daily anniversary of his passing. 1016 is also the year the Danes invaded Britain creating the Anglo-Saxon world.

    Coincidence?
