Hoping THR is better at brewing beer and running a restaurant (some day) than they are at "working" their Instagram account (still with the incorrect website address), judging by this post yesterday, somebody's 6-year old is posting...

Latest, until Clamato contradicts me, is that they are now targeting a January open. Trying, unsuccessfully at the moment, to get temporary occupancy in order to brew the first batch of beer so it is ready when the opening takes place, the DuPage County Health Department is the hurdle at the moment...and, there is a lot of finishing to still do.
On Thanksgiving...

Street side windows they have signage decals...
Might consider updating to "We may not be open yet, but we are closer than we were two years ago"

And maybe an update to this one along the lines of "A lot can happen in three years"

More like Two Hounds In The Red . . . am I right?
3-2 odds that this place does not open with the original driver behind the wheel. And yes, there are still people thinking this isa village issue.
Just wrapped up dinner with a guy who is a regular at THE Beer Cellar and the word on the street, or at least inside TBC, is that a deal may have already been struck to save this "ongoing" project. Anyone else here this?
Beats me. I am repeating information that was discussed in a taproom.
That said, this project appears to have been snakebit from day one. I cannot imagine that there would be an investor out there who would simply sink dollars into without obtaining ownership.
who is the poor sap who has been funding this buildout for almost 2 years??
Dude who owns this place http://www.gammoncoachhouse.com/
