I just listen to Christmas music year round, keeps me in a spiritual mood. That and Nick Cave. Went retro 3 weeks ago and brought in all my XTC and Joe Jackson discs.
In an attempt to get this train back on the rails, here is a super fun music thread!!
What's in your rotation? What are you listening to now? Favorite groups? Who introduced you to what you listen to? Who have you influenced?
MUSIC!!! Everyone LOVES it!

Also, anyone have any great covers to recommend, I'm all ears, compiling a summer cover list to distribute to close friends...needs to be along these lines...
Dang you Clam. Thinking about covers with a few minutes to go before venturing out, I was wondering if I could rebuilt an entire Fleetwood Mac album or maybe just a Greatest Hits with just covers...everyone knows the Pumpkin's great cover of Landslide off "The Dance" and then one of my favorite artists, Lissie with her cover of "Go Your Own Way" (https://youtu.be/OltcXMV-9Vk) [also does a killer cover of Kid Cudi's Pursuit Of Happiness —https://youtu.be/PQMJCOT2wlQ). So I jump on iTunes to research, type in Tusk and I get this...
Steely Dan's Any Major Dude Will Tell You two ways:
Wilco

Joe Jackson recorded on what appears to be a Motorola flip phone

Steely Dan performing it live which, apparently, was fairly rare

I've drifted back into the 70's lately.
