Not sure why you're bringing up Obama's failures as a response to criticism about Trump.
Thank you for that. I have always said the same. "My children and I are not criminals because . . . . Hillary."

That's not entirely true. I didn't vote for him, but I was excited for the prospect of replacing the current health care law. He clearly failed on that front. However, he has made it easier on some by constructively abandoning the penalty for non-conforming plans, and changing short-term plans from 3 month terms to 12 month terms. Not ideal by any stretch, but it has allowed me to save just under $17,000.00 in premiums next year. That being said, I wish he kept his original promise.

McCain & Company did the right thing, that bill was terrible for anyone in the ACA. I wasn't happy being forced into the ACA, but every single Republican "fix" would be much worse.

I've come to believe any Republican sponsored healthcare reform will be worse for those needing it. Their idea of reform is to help those that have great plans or can afford to self insure.

I could not agree more. I wish that people could evaluate this as non-partisan issue and on its merits alone, and from the perspective of what the problems truly are...this is not the Democrats, Republicans, Romney, Obama or Trump. This is about a 25-year problem that is getting worse because of the insurance companies. Had ACA not been enacted, the situation would be worse right now. Had the recent GOP attempt been passed, it would be worse right now. Without any action, it will be worse in the near future. This is a 25-year old car that was given new parts (ACA), still runs like crap and is falling apart. And the GOP plan is to not put any gas or oil in it and run it into the ground.

Competition needs to be allowed across state lines in order to drive down costs. Also, the requirement of plans with features people don't want or can't afford, makes them not carry insurance since the penalty is cheaper. Restrictions need to be lifted so the market forces can compete.

So what you’re saying is the ACA needs to be fixed... Fixing the ACA is a great idea and could actually help make America great again! The current disembowelment just makes things worse.

Agreed, you understand part of the problem with ACA. Imagine if auto insurers were required to cover oil changes and tune ups as part of their policies. Premiums would jump up.

TRUMP GROUP SENDS 12-YEAR-OLD GIRL TO INTERVIEW ROY MOORE AHEAD OF ALABAMA ELECTION
"A political group backing President Donald Trump has sent a 12-year-old girl to interview embattled Alabama Republican Senate contender Roy Moore. The America First Project published a video Sunday that showed Millie March—who rose to fame at the age of 11 during the 2016 election due to her support for Donald Trump—interviewing Moore as part of his campaign for election in Alabama."

Hammer, meet nail. Bug, meet windshield.

Will Trump's lows ever hit rock bottom? (USA Today)

    Snippets...

"A president who would all but call Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand a whore is not fit to clean the toilets in the Barack Obama Presidential Library or to shine the shoes of George W. Bush."

"Donald Trump, the man, on the other hand, is uniquely awful. His sickening behavior is corrosive to the enterprise of a shared governance based on common values and the consent of the governed."

Dems are not calling for him to resign because they want to sit back and watch it burn. Orange Hitler is going to take down the entire Republican party by 2020.

An' in walked the monkey with a couple of funky friends
He came right over an' said "this is what you do"
"You're gonna get a bike. You're gonna paint it blue."

I'd like to congratulate all of you cats out there who voted for Trump and inexplicably still think that he's doing a great job and that he is completely legit, stable, and a genius.

You've just opened up the prospect of President Winfrey.

    Good job.

Haven’t we learned from Trump that unqualified, self-aggrandizing, narcissistic TV personalities are a poor choice for POTUS? Not to mention her discriminating taste in colleagues.
