Charlie Gard will be put to death by the State in a place, manner and time that has been sealed by the court. In the same proceeding the State denied the parents request to spend a day or so with their son.
This all came about after the State denied this quack access to the child for medical care fully paid for in the US:
Also getting the big **** you, the Pope and his prayer for the family:
Dr Michio Hirano serves as Chief of the Neuromuscular Division, Co-Director of the CUMC Muscular Dystrophy Association clinic, and Director of the H. Houston Merritt Center for Muscular Dystrophy and Related Diseases at the Columbia University Medical Center in New York City.
He has been a doctor for more than 30 years and attended Albert Einstein College of Medicine after he had received his BA from Harvard College.
His mother Keiko taught Japanese at the Bronx High School of Science and his father was a professor of pathology and neuroscience at Albert Einstein.
On Columbia’s website it states that he is an elected member of the American Neurological Association and has been named among America’s Best Doctors.
So, in keeping with the celebration of the success of the State and it's big win over the family, the Pope and the quack from Columbia Medical School, here's a topical quote from the Nobel Prize winning and legendary Brit - George Bernard Shaw:“For them he prays, hoping that their desire to accompany and care for their own child to the end is not ignored.”
"We should find ourselves committed to killing a great many people whom we now leave living.... A part of eugenic politics would finally land us in an extensive use of the lethal chamber. A great many people would have to be put out of existence simply because it wastes other people's time to look after them."

Michael Miele, former Hadley Junior High teacher.
Did not know him, thinking many here did...condolences to friends and family
Late Glen Ellyn teacher remembered for generosity, road trips (link) — Daily Herald
"As a kid growing up in Wheaton, Michael Miele and his family would spend summers on the road, traveling to every state in the continental U.S. Those family vacations inspired a lifelong love of national parks and historic places. And when he became a social studies teacher, Miele wanted to share the same learning experiences from his idyllic childhood with his students at Hadley Junior High in Glen Ellyn.
So Miele invited fellow educators and teens on trips of a lifetime in his motor home during summers and spring breaks in the 1980s. He charged them a small fee to cover meals. But when his brother Brock sorted Michael's belongings after he died at 70 last week in his Glen Ellyn home, his younger sibling found envelopes of still-uncashed checks from the parents of his former students.
Michael Miele died from an apparent heart attack Aug. 8. His services are set for Friday."
