Didn't think El windows even opened. I remember taking the Evanston Express in the 80s. Older cars opened then. Maybe he was in the spot where the engineer sits.

Nothing funny about this, the story doesn't even inform us on how the Polish fellow is doing.

Story almost lost me after "Imagine unrolling a condom..." but on read on...

Kids these days always looking to flaunt their stupidity in more imaginative ways than their parents generation did...first it was Tide Pod Challenge, and now, condom snorting...

In case you missed the ‘condom-snorting challenge’ — and didn’t know it’s a bad idea (link) Washington Post

"Imagine unrolling a condom and stuffing it up one side of your nose, then plugging the other nostril and inhaling until the long piece of latex slides into your throat. Then you reach back there with your fingers and pull it from your mouth. Why would someone do that?

Apparently for the same reason young people have dared each other to pour salt in their hands and hold ice until it burns; douse themselves in rubbing alcohol and set themselves on fire; or bite into colorful liquid laundry detergent packets. It’s a game called the “condom-snorting challenge” and, not unlike other dangerous dares that have swept social media..."

A whim away, a whim away...

Suspected poachers sneaked onto a South African game reserve to hunt rhinos, but a pride of lions found them instead.

A guide at the Sibuya Game Reserve spotted what appeared to be human remains on Tuesday near the group of lions, according to reserve owner Nick Fox. It was getting too dark to search the area, so police came back the next day with the reserve's anti-poaching unit and other specialists. The remains were strewn over an area covered with thick brush and Fox said it was impossible to know how many people were killed. Investigators did find three pairs of boots and three pairs of gloves.

The poachers were apparently on foot when they encountered the lions, which is very dangerous.

Charming little story out of Nigeria...

Nigerian healer is shot dead when he invites a customer to test his bullet-proof charms — Daily Mail

"A Nigerian healer has been shot dead after encouraging one of his customers to test the efficacy of his bullet-proof charms. Chinaka Adoezuwe, 26, was killed wearing the pendants around his neck after he instructed the man to fire his weapon.

Some Nigerian doctors claim the charms harness various powers and can cure illnesses.

'A young man had gone to [the healer] to prepare bullet-proof charms for him, which the native doctor did,' a witness told the Punch newspaper. To prove the efficacy of the new charms, [he] positioned and handed over a gun to his customer. Tragedy struck.'

    Stupidity struck...

    Da, bearz...

Taxi driver mauled to death by a bear after trying to take a selfie with it

"A taxi driver has been mauled to death by a bear after he stopped to take a selfie with the animal in India. Prabhu Bhatara was driving guests home from a wedding in the eastern province of Odisha on Wednesday when he spotted the bear by the roadside. With his passengers waiting in the back of the car, Bhatara went to try and take a picture with the animal, which was wounded.
