Is that at the location of that old, was it a plumbing supply company, right off Roosevelt Road on Park? Hmm, nice breakfast or brunch, shop at TJ's.....

    I wish them well!

Why is this parking an issue, but you didn't complain when there were trucks all over Downtown Glen Ellyn for The Stand build out?

I really hope it's good and has an interesting menu. I'm so tired of mediocre breakfast/brunch spots in the suburbs. I'd love to not have to go into the city for good brunch.

At the risk of being booed, try Waterleaf before it changes - really nice brunch. We unknowingly went on a promo day and it was well worth the price.

Thanks for the suggestion. This is the place that COD students run, right?

Please pass the popcorn. Student made or executive chef, either-or.

This DH article has the answer to your question and info about the COD Board of Trustees plan to discuss it tonight:

BTW - I am not defending Waterleaf's existence or operating model...only that the food always tastes good and we had a nice, creative, atypical brunch there once.

The student run Wheat Café is open for lunch three days a week and is quite good too.

Wait, what happened? Second thoughts? Finances didn't pan out?
